Transitioning to college is not always easy. Although large, MSU is a very friendly and caring community. The FYI (First Year Information…For Your Information) staff is available to assist you in three ways: online, e-mail, or phone. The website contains great tips for student success from students who have gone through many of the things you are experiencing.

The Transfer to Transfer website is a great resource for transfer students at MSU. The website aims to help transfer students get involved with MSU so they can become active participants in campus life and to help them gather important information for transfer students.

Find assistance through the Office of International Students and Scholars or explore one of the 58 nationality student groups currently registered at MSU through the International Student Organizations Website. Many MSU departments and organizations provide support and assistance to international students, check them out!
