I love having a desktop computer because I can watch DVDs on it without having a television and DVD player. I feel that a desktop computer is much more reliable. I like having a larger screen and more memory that comes along with a desktop computer. Having a desktop computer is easier, at least to me, for completing lab reports and such things in Excel spread sheets.

I’ve had both a laptop and a desktop throughout my college career and they have both been great. The laptop does give me portability but I don’t really take advantage of that since there are several computer labs located on campus.

I like my desktop because it is convenient to have in my room, and allows me to get major work done within my room. Having a desktop also reduces the chances of my computer being stolen because it is not easily transportable. I also believe most desktop computers have more memory space, allowing users to utilize their computers in a variety of ways, without much limitation. Desktop computers are also slightly cheaper than laptop computers so you save a few bucks.

I love my laptop because I can take it with me anywhere I want to go, whether it is just moving it around in my room or taking it home for the weekend. Plus, it takes up a lot less room on my desk so I have room for other stuff.

I like my laptop because it’s portable. I can take it to class or the library. I like to travel a lot too so it’s easy to carry on the plane. I found it easier to move my laptop from place to place since I’m still in college and move around a lot. It just takes less time and not a hassle at all.

Because I can bring it wherever I want with me, it doesn’t take up a bunch of room, and as long as you’re smart, it is relatively secure. I never have to worry about finding a computer at the library, and with wireless access a lot of places on campus, it is very convenient even just stick in my backpack.
