Sponsorship Program

For businesses looking to supply a monetary or product donation, packages may include the following:

• A social media feature (Instagram Grid/Story/Reel, TikTok, or Facebook feature)
• Your business logo displayed on printed event materials
• An advertisement included in the New Student Orientation App
• An advertisement included in our rotating welcome slides before large events, like New Student Kickoff
• A table at our Family/Supporter Resource Fair
• A table at our student social events, such as Sparty Gras
• Your business logo and address featured on the NSO website
• An advertisement placed in the orientation module that is mandatory for all new students
• Your business information included in our student staff training printed materials or mandatory online module
• A feature in our bi-weekly NSO newsletters, which are sent out to all new students and their families/supporters
• A named event sponsorship (‘Event sponsored by Company’)
• Other opportunities as suggested by the donor

The NSO team accepts both monetary and in-kind donations. In-kind trades refer to physical goods and supplies that can be used for orientation, our staff training, and other preparation.

Accepted in-kind trades include:

• Orientation staff shirts
• Orientation staff merchandise (such as hats, bags, etc.)
• Staff meals
• Gift cards or certificates
• Giveaway items/baskets
• NSO event giveaway items (t-shirts, bags, pens, etc.)
• Other suggestions as accepted by the NSO team
