Fall 2020 International Orientation
Our International New Student Orientation (INSO) Program is designed to welcome new international students beginning in the Fall semester to the MSU Community and the U.S.. Attending the International New Student Orientation will provide students with the opportunity to attend informational and engaging sessions geared towards their individual needs and prepare students for their first semester as a Spartan.
You should have received e-newsletters to your MSU email account with information about your orientation experience. If you missed them, view our latest Orientation Newsletters!
With the university moving orientation online for all students, international students will be able to meet virtually with their academic advisor and enroll in Fall Semester classes on July 27 or July 28. You do not need to do anything to register for these dates. The New Student Orientation program will automatically update your advising and enrollment dates. Due to differences in time zones (MSU is currently in Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time/UTC-5) your appointment may be scheduled on July 28 or July 29 in your local date/time.
The required International New Student Orientation will take place July 27-28, 2020. This program is for new international students beginning their Spartan career in the Fall semester.
